Report and Block inside the app
For another user’s conduct, use Tekalam’s in-app Report and Block controls whenever possible. These tools attach relevant match information to the safety action.
Account deletion
To permanently delete your account, open Tekalam and go to Settings → Delete Account. See the Account Deletion page for more information.
Vent
Vent is peer conversation, not therapy, crisis care, medical treatment, or emergency support.
Response times
Tekalam aims to review serious safety and account-access issues as promptly as reasonably possible. Response times can vary during beta and early release.
